You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 1 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Refunds for Services
All services sold on our Site are non-refundable.

• Deposit Terms:
  
  To plan time for your tattoo we need a deposit payment.
  
  By paying the deposit you automatically agree to what is laid out in this statement.
  
  The amount of this deposit is variable depending on the project and stated below.
  
  The deposit is going to be deducted from the last session.
  
  Deposits are non-refundable so plan well before placing any money in the account.
  
  Please always communicate any delay or other event that interferes with your appointment.
  
  We don’t charge for digital design unless we have to do unusual redrawing due to problems that we didn’t cause.
  
  • If we don’t end up tattooing because we can’t agree on a design, we will keep the deposit or appropriate part thereof as a design fee.
  
  Deposits are always deducted from the cost of the last session.;
  
• Disclaimer
  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
