Sweepstake Giveaway Terms

Official Rules

 Win A trip to Vietnam/Thailand for 7 Days up to the value of $5000. Conditions do apply. 

Purchase Requirement:

• Tattoo Purchase: Must purchase a tattoo to the value of $500 to enter. 1 entry per Tattoo 

Sponsor:

References to Sponsor in this Agreement refer solely to the company sponsoring the contest and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, and respective employees, officers, and directors.

Legal Compliance:

• Applicable Laws: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
• Void Where Prohibited.  Any decisions regarding all matters relating to the sweepstake that are not addressed in these official rules shall be made by sponsor in its sole absolute discretion, and participants agrees that all shall be binding and final. Failure to comply, automatic disqualifications.
• Agreement to Rules:     Participation constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules ("Rules").

Eligibility

• Open To: Legal residents of eligible countries who sign up on the official Giveaway site and are of legal entry age. 
• Exclusions:     Employees of Sponsor and associated companies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
• Compliance:     Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules

• Binding Agreement: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Compliance:     Winning a reward is contingent upon compliance with these Rules.

Giveaway Period

• End Date: Defined by the countdown timer or end date listed on the giveaway entry page.
• Late Entries:  Entries submitted after the Giveaway End Date will be disqualified.

How to Enter

• Entry Method:     Submit an entry on the official Giveaway site during the Giveaway period.
• Requirements: Entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements to be eligible.
• Single Entry: Only one entry per person. Multiple entries using various email addresses,  identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will be disqualified.

Prizes and Rewards

• Prize Drawing: On or about the end of the giveaway period 31st December 2024, Sponsor will tally eligible entries and conduct a random drawing for the prizes. A minimum of 500 entries is required. The drawing will occur when 500 entries are reached. We give the winner a travel voucher to use in the dates that are specified. March to May 2025

Odds of Winning

• Odds: Depend on the total number of tattoos purchased. So if you get two tattoos at the value of $500 each, you get two entries.

Winner Notification

• Notification Method: Sponsor will notify potential winners via email or phone on or about the  end of the Giveaway Period.
• Response Requirement: Winners must respond within five (5) days to claim their reward. Failure to respond results in forfeiture of the reward.
• Disqualification: Violating these Rules will result in disqualification at Sponsor's sole  discretion.

General Conditions

• Impairment Handling: Sponsor may suspend or terminate the Giveaway in case of fraud, technical      problems, or other issues, at its discretion.
• Disqualification:  Sponsor may disqualify individuals tampering with the Giveaway operation      or acting in violation of the Rules.

Release and Limitations of Liability

• Release: Participants release Sponsor and associated parties from any claim arising out of participation or receipt of a reward.
• Liability Limitation: Released Parties' liability is limited to the cost of entering and participating. No entitlement to attorney’s fees.
• Responsibility: Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, or incorrect information.

Privacy & Information Submitted

• Communication:     Information provided may be used to communicate about the Giveaway or on a Winner’s list. Participants agree to receive communications from Sponsor.
• Opt-out: Participants can opt-out of communications at any time.

Arbitration

• Governing Law: Rules governed by the laws of Australia.
• Dispute Resolution:     Disputes resolved by binding arbitration per the  Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration   ( ACICA ) procedures. No class actions allowed. Arbitration proceedings in the Giveaway location. Each party pays its own fees.
